We truly appreciate every single order and support for our brand. Before placing an order, please go through the following terms carefully.
Orders & Payments
- Once an order is placed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation.
- All prices on the website are in INR (₹).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
Product Information
We try our best to show the products exactly as they look in real life. However:
- Slight color differences may happen because of lighting or screen settings.
- Minor stitching or fabric variations are normal in garment production.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within the timeline mentioned on the website.
- Delivery time can vary depending on your location and courier services.
- Please make sure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
Exchange Policy (Please Read Carefully)
At AVERIN, we currently have a strict exchange-only policy.
We do not offer refunds or returns once the order is delivered.
An exchange will only be accepted if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong item or size from our side
IMPORTANT:
To request an exchange, a proper unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed parcel
- Show the issue properly without cuts or edits
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any exchange request without video proof.
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging should be intact
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted

All logos, designs, product photos, and website content belong to AVERIN and cannot be copied or used without permission.
