Replacement / Exchange Policy

A replacement will only be provided if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item from our side
  • You receive a defective product

Unboxing Video is COMPULSORY

To claim any replacement, a proper unboxing video proof is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel
  • Clearly show the issue/damage
  • Be continuous without cuts or edits

⚠️ No replacement request will be accepted without video proof.


Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product should not have stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of usage

If the product does not meet these conditions, the replacement request may be rejected.


Non-Replaceable Situations

Replacement will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues due to wrong size selected by customer
  • Minor color variation because of lighting/screen settings
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or washed products
