Replacement / Exchange Policy
A replacement will only be provided if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong item from our side
- You receive a defective product
Unboxing Video is COMPULSORY
To claim any replacement, a proper unboxing video proof is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed parcel
- Clearly show the issue/damage
- Be continuous without cuts or edits

Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for replacement:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging should be intact
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product should not have stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of usage
If the product does not meet these conditions, the replacement request may be rejected.
Non-Replaceable Situations
Replacement will not be accepted for:
- Size issues due to wrong size selected by customer
- Minor color variation because of lighting/screen settings
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or washed products
